Tech Support:
Requirements:
Microsoft Server 2000/2003 & Windows XP Pro Experience
MCSE Certification an asset
A+ Certification
Excellent people skills with an emphasis on oral communication and coaching.
Retail Experience an ASSET
Microsoft .Net knowledge or experience
IT Diploma, Degree or equivalent experience
Days, Evenings and Week End shifts with an On Call rotation

Your Role:
Your primary role is to provide support to customers and internal systems at 2020. Support includes responding to events, alerts, logging services, troubleshooting and coaching our IT clients. You will be involved in hardware and software installations, replacements, data center management, shippping and receiving
